Great Product from Great Company
must buy! its molds my hair without giving it a wet look or greasy feel.
Mixed result, but still pleased.
After ordering the American Crew Grooming Cream on 6-25-09, I noticed the reviews and started to read them. Apparantly, a few customers were upset that this was adverstized as a “two pack” by Amazon, but customers only recieved 1. FragranceNet knew of this error when I placed my order (as evidenced by the negative feedback on Amazon), but had yet to remedy this with Amamzon. I waited for my order to arrive, and sure enough, it was only 1. When I called the company to question this, the customer service woman did offer to let me keep the product and recieve a refund.
I ultimately refused the refund. I got this product for less money that it would have cost at my local store, and was happy that the company offerred to do the right thing. There should be more companies like this.
Good Product, Great Service
The product is very good, it holds your hair without being hard or sticky or look like it is plastered on. Nice and light. The service is outstanding. It seems to have arrived before i ordered it (almost!)
