Bumble and Bumble Alojoba Shampoo Hair feels so soft

I love this shampoo, I use it with the Bumble & Bumble Alojoba conditioner and it makes my hair so soft. I received a sample of this product from my stylist and tried it. I was so amazed! I have wavy hair and I straighten it whenever I wear it down. I dried my hair after using the B&B and was so excited that I had straight hair, before I used the straightener!! My hair was so soft and I kept running my fingers through it. I straightened the back, more out of habit, than necessity. The one thing I found odd about this shampoo is that it does not lather into the normal suds that most shampoos do. I love that I can skip straightening if I am in a hurry, I have never had a shampoo and conditioner do this, usually I have to straighten my hair, the wave is pretty stubborn! Saving the time makes this expensive product worth the price!!

We have 3 very different hair types in our family and we ALL love this shampoo (and the conditioner!). We’ve used it for better than 5 years and it just gets better – no “product buildup” to speak of…. It leaves hair so silky and shiny… I can not understand how anyone could have “heavy sticky” hair after using this. I am especially careful to rinse thoroughly since it has a slick feel while rinsing, but if used properly, it’s amazing!

I love this shampoo with all my heart! My hair is soft and silky, extremely shiny and healthy. There is no other shampoo that does this good to my hair. I hate the fact that Bumble and Bumble discontinued the whole alojoba series but thanks to Amazon I still can enjoy it. Watch out, people, I might buy every single bottle of it that is left out there!

This shampoo is amazing. It cleans your hair very well, without drying it out, and leaves it soft and shiny. If you color your hair, you should be using a gentle shampoo and I highly recommend this one. It may seem pricey, but consider it an investment for your color and overall health of your hair. I recommend purchasing the large size (33.8 ounces) because it is a much better deal when you do the math. It lasts a very long time. And it smells great, too.

A little goes a long way in providing volume and shine. Very gentle for colored hair. The only fault was that in two separate shipments the cap was not tight and about 1/4 of the shampoo leaked out.

I have rather wavy hair that is inherently dry for no reason. I’ve tried many “moisturing” shampoos and conditioners but was always still left with frizz. The Bumble & Bumble Gentle Shampoo/Super Rich Conditioner is the best thing that’s happened to my hair in a long time. I’ve tried other B&B combos and this is my favorite. It cleans and moisturizes so that I can even let my hair air dry and it still looks great. You might watch out though if you skip a day between washes because the conditioner is really rich and can make your hair look a little greasy/slept in style(which works well with wavy hair) but probably not too good with straight fine hair.

If you are like me, and use hair creme’s and other styling products that can leave build up in your hair, then this product is for you. It’s designed to remove build up in either one wash, or if you want – and they do say you don’t need to – a second wash just to be sure. It has the slightest of fragrance (very fresh and natural) and you don’t need a lot. It lathers well, and makes your hair soft again, because all the junk is out of your hair right after using this amazing shampoo. It’s one of the best build-up removing shampoos I’ve ever used and it’s so softening. You shouldn’t need it much more than once a week, but sometimes I use it twice. I love it and highly recommend it to all product junkies.

I tried this because it was recommended as a good clarifying shampoo by Paula Begoun, the “Cosmetics Cop.” I’ve used it once a week for several years, and it does a great job. I use lots of styling products in my hair, so it removes build-up. I’ve had my hair black, red, and blonde, and it doesn’t strip or alter my color. A bit expensive, but lasts a long time cause you shouldn’t use it every time you shampoo.

I’ve tried several clarifying shampoos, including the acclaimed Fekkai Apple Cider one, and B+B’s is absolutely the best for my hair, which is fine but tends to need a lot of moisture. I love using this and following with a masque-type conditioner. My hair is shiny and soft after using this shampoo, yet I can still go 2 full days before my next shampoo without getting oily roots. I can’t say how this would work for very thick hair, but for my fine, somewhat dry, sort of frizz-prone hair this stuff is a great once-a-week treat.

I’ve tried more than half a dozen clarifying shampoos to get chlorine, campfire smoke, and everyday build up out of my hair, and this is, hands down, the best on the market. I don’t use a lot of hair products — mostly serums and the occasional smoothing balm — but I do swim often, and I haven’t found another shampoo that gets the chlorine smell and feel out on the first wash.
